How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Mekkit. Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Mekkit. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
My subscription doesn't show up
In the parent area tap Subscription → Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple/Google account.
I forgot my parent PIN
On the parent gate tap "Forgot PIN" and sign in with your account password (or Apple/Google), then set a new PIN.
The verification email didn't arrive
Check your spam folder, then resend it from the app. If the address is wrong, write to us.
How do I remove my child's published app?
In the child profile: My apps → the app → Unpublish. Deleting the child in the parent area also removes all their published apps.
I saw something inappropriate in the gallery
Tap the report button in the app. Our moderators review it and remove it if needed.
How do I delete my account?
Parent area → Account → Delete account. All child profiles, projects and published apps are deleted immediately.
