Tell Bip the idea
"A dragon that jumps over clouds." Your kid types or says it. Bip turns it into a building plan with missions and draws the characters — but the rules are left for your kid to build.

Build and test
They snap blocks together, press Run, and watch it work. Step-by-step mode lights up each block as it runs, shows variables live and explains bugs in kid language.

Publish as an app
One tap makes it a real app at its own link, with an icon, that works offline. Scan the QR code, add it to the home screen, show grandma.
AI brings the paint. Your kid writes the rules.
Bip draws, makes sounds and asks questions — it never writes the whole program. Suggested blocks arrive as ghost blocks your kid has to place, and to unlock a ready-made piece they explain in their own words what it does. That's how the thinking stays theirs.

Personal info stays out
Kids use a nickname, never an email or photo. Names, addresses, schools and phone numbers are filtered out of everything they write.

Questions parents ask
What age is Mekkit for?
Kids 6 to 14. Mini mode (6–8) needs no reading, Junior (9–12) uses word blocks, Pro (13+) adds a real text-code view.
Doesn't the AI just do the work for them?
No — that's the whole point. The AI makes art, sounds and suggestions, but the logic blocks are placed by your kid. Suggestions arrive as ghost blocks, and borrowed pieces unlock only after your kid explains what they do.
Can strangers contact my child?
No. There is no chat, no direct messages, no comments and no following. The only interaction is four preset emoji reactions.
What do you do with my child's data?
Children have a nickname, avatar, birth year and language — no email, photo, location or real name. We never sell data and there are no ads. You can export or delete everything at any time.
What happens when my kid publishes an app?
By default it's a private link only people you share it with can open. Family and class sharing are available. The public gallery needs your approval and a moderator review.
Does it work on my device?
Yes: iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, and any modern browser. Published apps install on any phone from the browser.
Can teachers use it?
Yes. Teachers create a class, share a join code, assign lessons and projects and see a progress table. Kids join with a parent's approval.
How do I cancel?
In the App Store or Google Play subscription settings, anytime. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
