Parent Guide

The parent gate

You enter the parent area (approvals, controls, subscription, deletion) with your parent PIN. Without a PIN you unlock it by re-entering your account password or signing in again with Apple/Google. After several wrong attempts the PIN locks temporarily. The parent area closes by itself after 15 minutes.

Approvals

• Public gallery: if your child wants to share an app to the gallery you get a notification. If you approve, our moderators review it; only then does it appear in the gallery.
• Joining a class: a request to join with a teacher's code waits for your approval.
• Sound recording: recording their own voice into a project is enabled with your approval.
• Approval requests expire if they are not answered within 30 days.

Controls (per child)

• Daily time limit (minutes; 0 = unlimited).
• AI features on/off.
• Seeing the gallery on/off.
• Asking to share publicly on/off.
• Voice input on/off.
• Sound recording permission.
• Help level: Show me · Give me a hint · I'll do it.

Dashboard and report

For each child you see this week's time, concepts learned, lessons, projects, published apps and streak. If you want, we email a weekly report every Sunday evening (18:00 local time); you can switch it off in parent settings.

Safety notifications

If your child repeatedly tries to write unsafe content, or writes something related to self-harm, we send you a gentle notification. We never store or send the text itself — only the category.

Data, deletion, subscription

• Download data: all parent and child data as a JSON archive.
• Delete child: the profile, projects and published apps are deleted immediately.
• Delete account: everything, including all children, is deleted; remember to cancel the subscription in the store as well.
• Subscription: on iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; on Android Play Store → Payments & subscriptions.
